CRECCOM has a well-developed communication for development delivery strategy whose uniqueness lies at the interface of policy and cultural change through engaging communities in support of the attainment of rights of marginalized people in Malawi.

With two decades of action research and project implementation in Malawian rural communities, CRECCOM has developed a unique Social Mobilization campaign model for community development which recognizes that community behaviours and development practice are co-created and co-evolve with local culture, values, and social norms.

CRECCOM uses an award-winning Social Mobilization Campaign Model to bring about policy, normative, and behavioral change among district officials, community institutions and individuals.
